Commissions Rates

My competitive rates are to help combat any new GST/HST legislation. All commission rates are UNDER 6% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance.

Houses and Condos under $500,000 (based on the original list price)

Example commissions:

• Under $200,000 would be $7,500 minimum plus GST or HST
• 3.55% - $225,000 would be $7,987.50 plus GST or HST
• 3.34% - $300,000 would be $10,020 plus GST or HST
• 3.375% - $400,000 would be $13,500 plus GST or HST

Houses and Condos from $500,000 to $1,000,000 (based on the original list price)

Example commissions:

• 3.25% - $500,000 would be $16,250 plus GST or HST
• 3.15% - $600,000 would be $18,900 plus GST or HST
• 3.1% - $750,000 would be $23,250 plus GST or HST
• 3% - $950,000 would be $25,500 plus GST or HST

Houses and Condos from $1,000,000 to $2,500,000 (based on the original list price)

Example commissions:

• 3% - $1,000,000 would be $30,000 plus GST or HST
• 3% - $1,500,000 would be $45,000 plus GST or HST
• 3% - $2,000,000 would be $60,000 plus GST or HST

Houses and Condos from $2,500,000 and up (based on the original list price)

Example commissions:

• 3.25% - $2,500,000 would be $81,250 plus GST or HST
• 3.25% - $5,000,000 would be $162,500 plus GST or HST
• 3.25% - $10,000,000 would be $325,000 plus GST or HST

When other selling agents bring a buyer to any of my listings, I do not discount their commission (3% on the first $100,000 ant 1.5% on the balance). This encourages the agents to work hard for you and me with this incentive; only "my" end gets discounted. I provide a full service premier MLS listing for all my clients.
