• I view potential properties with you and provide guidance and advice
• I help you to select your new home and what type of offer to make
• I negotiate on your behalf and help reach favourable terms and conditions
• I prepare a legally binding Contract of Purchase and Sale
• If necessary, I assist in arranging suitable financing, arranging property inspections and other needed services
• Assist in the completion and possession process
